If your keypad has no fault lights on then this is probably a smoke detector take it down and change the battery.

1. If there is a power cut then press the # button once.

2. If the fault light is flashing press and hold the "5" untill you here Beep Beep, record the numbers displayed on the keypad so we can trace the fault. Then the beeps will stop and you can call us for a service.

Press *2 and observe what number comes up, then call us for a service.
